Rikki Medina

Rikki Medina is a founding partner of Medina & Medina and a driving force behind the firm's commitment to personalized client care. She is a first-generation American. Her family came to this country from the Philippines and built a life here through the kind of patience, sacrifice, and devotion to family that shapes how she treats every client. She believes that every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that belief guides everything the firm does, from the first phone call to the final resolution of a case.

Growing up in a family that worked hard for its place here taught Rikki how it feels to face a system that does not slow down to explain itself. That is why she will not let any client feel lost or talked down to. Rikki oversees case management and client relations at the firm. She works closely with clients and their families to make sure they understand every step of the legal process. Getting hurt in an accident is overwhelming, and Rikki makes it her mission to remove the stress and confusion so clients can focus on healing while the firm handles the legal battle.

Her compassion and attention to detail are central to how Medina & Medina works. Rikki knows that behind every case file is a family dealing with pain, lost income, and uncertainty about the future.
